“Never Home Alone”
John 14:15–21
There are moments when life feels unsteady—when the path bends, when the future blurs, when we wonder if we’re walking it all by ourselves. Jesus speaks right into that fear: “I will not leave you orphaned.”
What a promise. What a Savior.
Jesus knows our limits, our worries, our longing for reassurance. So He gives us the Holy Spirit—the Advocate who stays, the Helper who guides, the Presence who whispers truth when everything else feels uncertain. The Spirit doesn’t just walk beside us; the Spirit abides within us, reminding us that Christ’s life is now our life too.
Because He lives, we live. Because He stays, we are never alone. Because His Spirit dwells in us, we can love, obey, trust, and step forward with courage.
Today, rest in this truth: You are held. You are guided. You are never home alone.
May the Spirit help you live what you believe and trust the One who never leaves.
